1 quality brand macaroni noodles

1 can evaporated milk

3 eggs

Extra sharp cheddar and sharp cheddar

Season however you like


Then pour mixture into a casserole dish

Cover and bake it at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes

Uncover and sprinkle more shredded cheese on top

Broil for 3 minutes or until top begins to brown

Extra Cooking Tips for Mac & Cheese:

  1. Cook quality brand of noodles according to directions on box in chicken stock and an Italian herb blend
  2. Do Not Buy shredded cheese. Purchase quality cheese by the block from the deli section of your grocery store and shred it yourself. That’s an important step because most packaged cheese is laced with plastic so it doesn’t melt properly. 
  3. I do not make a roux or cheese sauce for Baked Mac & Cheese. I combine all of my ingredients in a mixing bowl, then spread it into a casserole dish. Check out a free online slots.
